I know there at least USED to be a problem with melee/ranged accuracy/speed being broken. But I cannot find if it has been fixed yet as there is not section listing fixed bugs. Any help on this is appreciated as well as a list of other bonuses that are currently bugged.

I don't think anyone really knows. It would be very difficult to test because you would need twonearly identicaltemplates, one with the FS skills and one without.
