That's right! i have completely droped all my FS skills. I thought i could hack the grinding, but i couldn't. I was 7 1/2 blocks away from completion. I still have all 6 of my unlocks. Maybe one day when all the Jedi show offs go away, i may resume, but for now, my FS grind is over!

I am sorry to hear that. Maybe. I will say yes considering you said something about all the "show-offs". Was it the grinding that got to you or the fact that there are so many unmature Jedi and Jedi hopefulls out there already?

Though I agree with you on the immature jedi's, my experience is those people move on usually bythe time I am getting serious about my character. So by the time I am a Jediin 6 months (lol) alot should have gone to WoW or something else.

Did you actually drop the skills? So you have 0 FS Blocks now? That wasn't very good. Those skills are at least useful for other things like PvP and stuff.

You can't drop fs skill once you become a jedi, as you always have to have 6 full fs branches filled to be a jedi. Dropping your fs skills was not really a good idea. FS melee and FS ranged defense are very good skills to have as they enhance your regular combat skills. Getting thru the village is not for everyone....alot of people start and then when they realize how much work and effort is involved to get thru it....they get discouraged and quit. With the cu and the fast xp you get now from group hunting, getting throug the village is alot easier now that it was before. I finished up the village during double xp wk right after the cu and the 2 wks the follwed. I went from 1.5 fs branches to all 6 done in 3 wks after the combat upgrade...so it can be done....and it's not that difficult anymore after cu. I think SOE made is very easy to finish the village now. Alot of people finished the village during double xp week, the first week after the cu went live.

the way i understand it you cannot drop them once you train them but the novice cost no skill points. I think what he meant is that he has some of the xp banked which should still be there when he decides to return. also you can unlock the quests but not train in them so that will just put him farthere ahead when he comes back. Beacuse that is that much xp he will not have to reconvert and those quests he will not have to redo.
