I'll explain real quick whats my situation.

I calculated real quick how mutch xpI would need to grind all 6 tree of FS and I "noticed" how long it would take. So I made a stupid mistake. I figured I'd save some weapon xp for phase II by doing a crafting quest in phase I. This way all the weapon xp I'd make until phase II could be use to train a CR tree. Until now this seems like a very good idea. I made the quest ( was prety cool too, I have to admit) and started to grind my way upthatassemblytree. But now, I feel it would be almost impossible to complete this griding in a timely fashion. I calculated that at my present extraction rate.. I would need 306 days to get enought to grind up that tree. now I whant out. so here's the question.

I completed a Phase I quest and I have trained novice in it. Can I decide to accept 6 other quests, complete them, train them and become initiate and "forget" about that crafting one. or I am stuck grinding it all the way ?

I do not care about any skill pts I may have lost ( I lost none, novice is free)

I know that I will have to wait another 3 weeks because I can only make 1 quest per phase

I also read the different walktrough on the net and they all say that I need 6 trees, that I can't buyback, that I can't abort or change a quest, and that I can train more then 6 trees if I whant too.

I know I can't respec FS tree like wait 3 weeks get CR tree.. train it then respec

according to me.. I meet all the critiria above, I completed my quest, I don't care about buying it back and I can still get 6 trees even if I have novice in crafting.

now please.. tell me there is still hope, and tell me that I only lost 3 weeks and that I don't need to keep crafting.. I am a not a crafting template ... I belive it would be faster to delete character.. remake, re-grind to CL 80 and to re-do glowingpath then get that crafting tree up to IV ( and I don't belive I'm exagerating one bit )
