Reset time was 2 hours when we did it on TC.

is that 2h after completing the quest, or 2h after u started capturing the commander?

I may be mistaken but I believe the time was only 1 hour and that's why people were upset because the commander is bugged. He will only walk not run back with you.

No, it's 2 hours. He doesn't spawnuntil the shields are down again and 5 sith guys are killed.

I know it's 2 hours because we did it twice back to back 2 weeks ago on TC-Prime. We had to wait out most of that second hour by the base before it reset.
