Well for you since you play on Bria, it just switched to Phase 3 yesterday. It should last aproximately 3 weeks. It's on an internal timer, and when it reaches 0, then the phase will shift on the next server reboot. All downtimes of server extend this countdown because the server is not on to continue counting down. Hope this helps you out.
