Thread: Village Grind @ CL 19?

Currently im CL 19 TK Novice. I have 1/2 warrens done, the last warrens is all i need to complete i have the rest of the content badges etc and was holding out on finishing this last part because im not sure if id just be wasting my time because im so low. Should i hold out till im higher? Im just curious cause i have 3 other friends all on the same steps and we will become FS at the same time, so we plan on sitting together for the sith attack etc however with me only being CL 19 would i even be able to do the phases in the village?

Well it depends, if you plan on taking combat quests...you'll have to kill Sith thugs,.... and it's no picnic

The sith that attack you after the Old Man shows up are CL 75 or so. As a CL 19, even with your friends, you would probably get killed very quickly. As for grinding in the Village, there are quests you could do at that combat level (Senses Luck, Senses Survey come instantly to mind) but for most of them you will be better off with at least one Elite Combat Mastery, and even better to be CL80.
My advice would be for you and your friends to hit wherever the Jedi FS Exp Grinders hang out, get in a group together and fly up in CLs. Get your double combat mastery, then go glowie. And see more of the game too

Aye the more and more i read etc the more i realize that im gonna have to finish this template before i attempt to go glowie.

Exactly, if you are after the crafting quests you may be OK apart from Phase 4 when the Sith attack the Village every hour

Not to discourage you, but to finish the FS grind you need 6.45 million converted FS XP. That translates to 96.75 million Weapon XP alongside the 9.675 million Combat XP. Considering it takes roughly 5 million Unarmed XP from 0 to TKM that's basically the same as mastering and dropping the profession 20 times. Starting now vs. waiting to finish your template is nothing compared to the grind.
But aside from that you will want to finish up your profession to increase your weapon caps. At TKM they will be 1.2 million Unarmed and 300k Combat XP. Right now your caps are too low to make the trips back and forth to the village worth it at this point.
You should start your unlocks though if you have some pals to help out. Good luck.

Crix, you are such a noob. of course you will have to get to lvl 80. i already told you to. your xp cap would be like 350k unarmed xp you dork. you need to be lvl 80 and then worry about fs. BTW, i know him in RL, so dont think this is just a flame fest

also, if you intend to grind FS xp with high level groups, you will not get as much xp per kill as say a lvl 80 would...making your FS grind even longer than it already is!

Brug you retard that wasnt me! I'm already fs and lvl 19 also. I just had friends help me out with the sith.
