I just finished my FS grind at 6:30 AM EST, before the Server reset. I'm told that we switch to phase 4 today on bloodfin,it wasn't phase 4 when i finished, so what i'm asking is since i finished in phase 3 does that mean i can do the exit quest in phase 4.
