Thread: csr unlocked phase 4 for me -yay-

after 4 tickets and finally figuring out the majic topic to use (missions|default 2nd cat), about an hour or 2 later, a csr contacted me and unlocked it for me. no reward, but he said to talk to captian saltine again and i might get it (i doubt it)
anyway, the important thing is i got it taken care of

a csr helped me too but no reward. tell me if u get anything if u talk to sarguillo again. i cant be in game right now

I'm out of luckuntil they fix Phase 4,whats worse is that now the DEVs told the CSRs tono longer unlockour FS boxes.
Congrats though on getting the box unlocked, maybe in another year I might get mine unlocked if I'm lucky. =)

Got unlocked for me.
A friend of mine had it unlocked AND had a free one given to him. Dno why

Your friend already had it unlocked but got it unlocked for free and so you got yours unlocked? LoL.

No. The sentences are two different things. I had mine unlocked for me, then I went on to say that a friend of mine had a CSR unlock his one and had a free one given to him.

I got my ticket returned saying it was in wrong place, i then read the top 10 bugs and it seems it is 1 of those so the devs will be working on it i guess
/hopes so
in my Quest journal it says I have completed the quest, but Nolden wont teach me jack :/
oh well i need another 1.5 mil FS xp anyway and i figure thats gona take me a while

There were instructions on exactly how to get your boxes fixed. You have to file the bug under the right category at dawn. Or something to that effect.

I did exactly as he said about submitting a new ticket. Within an hour this morning a CSR sent me a tell in game verfiying my problem, and said to stand still. He was ingame beside me in a just a minute and fixed the phase for me. People can say what they want about these guys but they sure jumped on the ball for me this morning and the rep was very polite. 1 hour from the time that I submitted the ticket until it was resolved. That's service.

no reward...
