Just for information, and possibly addition to the guides, at least one of the Quests in Rage of the Wookiees gives a badge that does in fact count as Content. It's the Badge acquired at the end of the Quest you can do for Elder of the Kerittamba village, that ends with killing Wirarut. Will update with the actual Quest name and information when I get in-game later tonight.

The other option is that the Badge you get from entering Kachirho for the first time is Content, but I rather think that it's the other.

I know this because I had all the necessary badges except for 1 Content (I forgot an evidence disk at the Warren), and after I got those two badges, I /che'd and.. I'm glowing.
