I posted a ticket about unlock bug in phase 4. I posted it 4 days ago, but i didn't received an answer. Maybe I posted it in the wrong section/sub-section. Which is the correct one?
If its posted in the wrong section, will CSR read it anyway?
Thanks in advance.

they always answear, even if your in the wrong section. they juswt says its wrong and closes it.
the question is if you did a bug report or actually a ticket..
to make a real ticket (wich is the only they answears) you need to go search in the knowledge base, and then read something and from there click the "let me make my ticket"
did you do that or did you just make a "bug report"?

The ticket system has been borked as of late. I think this may have something to do with the delays.
Make sure you see "Ticket #(num) sucsessfully created." in your spatial box. After that, reopen the ticket window and make sure you see the open ticket there. If it's not there, it didn't create. This has happened to me a few times the past couple weeks.
I don't know why there hasn't been any mention about this from the CSR team. Same issue has been reported in the In Game Support forum numerous times.
