Thread: How do you get a lot of xp to convert?

I just did phase 1 and i am starting to grind my first FS skill but i'm master pistoleer and master bh and when i convert i get 120,000 from weapons and another 120,000 from combat xp is this good and if its not does anyone have any suggestions.
