Force Sensitive Archive

I am bugged on the sith bandits where i have to loot waypoint datapad that contains the coordinates (access) for Aurilia.

I went the first time and killed/looted them finding no datapad. I have gone over 4-5 days several times a day since then and have seen them respawn 1 time. If I go to waypoint it updates that step with a check mark but does not put next step in journal which is to go to Aurilia. If i leave planet it or log out it resets that step and have to go to waypoint again! Trying to find information on this I have found that this is a known issue. I have thus sent several darn CS tickets just asking to reset that step and still no reply from them. I would like to finish phase 1 before phase shift but this doesn't look like it will happen.

Does anyone know a way around this stupid bug? Can I delete my force crystal? and If I do will it start the thing over again with a vist from the old man?

I really don't want to do that, but I am at my wits end and patience with SOE. My stupid CS tickets don't even show in game window.
