Hi I got glowy like a week or so ago and I have had more trouble with this sith thing than anything else in the game. I think everything that could go wrong has gone wrong... Here are several things that have happened: The old man comes gives me the crystal, a little later the sith attack me and incap me and take my crystal (they attacked while i was running from a krayt). I get back up after incap and kill the sith loot the waypoint datadpad. I try to use the datapad and it says "you cannot make sense of the information on this disk". A buddy told me to delete that datapad and just start all over. The same thing happened about 3 more times. I respec'd cause I was tired of dying to the sith from MCH Master Carbineer to MBH MRM. The same thing happened 1 more time. Now it comes up the point im at now, the old man visited me and it said i received a crystal but it didn't appear in my inventory... the sith attack anyways incap me and do nothing because i have no crystal. I get up and kill them loot the datapad now i try to use it and it says you have to loot this item before extracting information from it or something like that. The old man hasn't come back yet. I have no idea how the sith kill me when im a MBH MRM, and I use food, nothing seems to work. I heard i would own them easily well it's definitely not so. I just want to be in the village and this is a MAJOR pain

Put all ingame dev names you know and put them in tell hell, but be nice

Well, seems like im kinda starting that same path too cause my datapad said "you cannot make sense of the info on this datapad" as well. It does suck bro, honestly, I don't know if they r intentionally doing this to frustrate us out of finishing our jedi template or what. I'm beginning to think that might be the case because this is a epedemic. They know this is a major problem and that we ARE paying customers and frankly said, they aren't giving us any answers or solutions other than, "oh well, try again". This is bull crap, I'll tell you that, and another thing, I don't appreciate them deleting some of my posts, even when I was backing SOE up, which obviously I won't do anymore cause they're nothing but scum bags.

Well, you can't be incapped in the fight, the crystal and datapad need to come to you in the right order, and elsewhere there's a suggestion that you move the datapad into a pack, then out again, and see if that fixes the bug.

Well I would try the dev thing but i dont know any in-game dev names 
. I also would try the pack thing but i am very frustrated as i can't do anything at all on swg and i just lost my bet on Mike Tyson only 30$ but still lol. Hey gl with this maximus i hope it works out for the both of us. Thanks for the replies...
