Now if you have the resources 0004 DE is the way to go, you loose alot of resources on subcomponents, but it's the fastest grind for crafters.
For combatants, Master commando, Master BH... or Master BH 0040 ranger... the commando/bh template gives you 5 xp types (rifle, pistols, carbines, heavy weapons, and combat) that cap at 900k. The Ranger BH Combo, gives you a 1.5 million Scout cap that's not too hard to get, and still have 3 weapon types (carbines, pistol, rifles) that cap at 900k, and a high Combat xp cap...
Other options are Musician/Dancer free xp that can be gained AFK... Image Designer is alright, if you have a buddy to practice on, you can cap you xp in about 30 mins, but you only get about 11k FS xp, not really worth the time, due to the ammount of clicking that needs to be done (IMO).
CH also looks to be a good way to go, say BH/ CH and whatever mabey even a live in commando if the SP's allow. This will again give you the 5 combat xp types, 75k scout xp cap, and CH xp that you'll gain with the other xp, so basicly your getting 2 for 1. plus you can make a nice little bit of extra cash selling the creature resources to a crafter.
