Thread: How Does A Pure Crafter Become Glowie?
Yes, harder. Keep laughing.
In the past, a pure crafter could put on armor, drive to all the POIs, and wouldn't need any help until he had to do theme parks or other actual content. Now, he drives 100m outside of the Dathomir Outpost and he's triple-incapped. He didn't ask how a CL 50 became glowie, he asked how a pure crafter, i.e. CL 1, did it.
Though you are right about one thing - this system IS too easy. It always has been.
They become glowy the same way everyone else does withextra help on themeparks. I just did this witha CL 1 MArch/MTailor/MArtisan.
She didn't use armor and carried around a CDEF carbine. ForPOI's be sure to have the overhead map up and drive cautiously. For themeparks group with a high level combat class that is patient and prepared to fight at all the themepark areas. They can't just walk through some of the areas with a CL 1 following. It can be done and it's not tough with a good combat friend.

I'm master arch, master sw, master artisan.. I cant shoot a "real" weapon, so how can I do it?
Convince a lvl 80 fighter to help you with the themeparks. Also, a jedi with cloaking abilities may be able to help you with 1-2 vette missions. Last thing... you may want to use your respec toget some combat skills - surrender for example 3 artisan and 2 archi (or sw) trees. Once you become glowie you shouldbe able to grind everything back in 1 day.
Keep in mind though that if your goal is to become a jedi... you can't with this template. With your skills you can only complete the 4 force crafting trees.
it is strange a pure crafter wanted to be a Glowie.
Actully you may just want the force sensitive crafting but it hardly seems worth it. You only need extra points for experamentiaition and FS does not give you extra experamentation points.
