Im whole new to village. i tok the "heal wounds" mission from village elder. But i cant help the healer lady. i have to be master medic or more experienced. im doc 3xxx would it be enough with doc 4xxx? or... what do i need?

you will need-Master Medic and Bio-engineer xxx4 to complete this quest on your own.
But:
As an alternative-If you know any bioengineers who've had the quest or made up or can make up the stuff for you then all you need is.
Master Medic and the quest meds.
I did it last nite and unlocked persuasion within 2hrs with Master medic and be xxx3 and went and bought 5 internal bleeding medicines from a quest vendor. That's the hardest one to get and why you need BE xxx4, so if you want to skip the last box of BE you can but you'll have to buy the meds or have someone with the quest make em.
