Hey, I have 2 questions...is Tarquinas phase 3? and if no does the fs village go through mini phases in between phases...like npcs for the new phase in place, but yet not able to get the new quest yet? Any info on this would be appreciative.

Please read the sticky "We are in phase 2/3..." That is why it is there.

It has been confirmed that tarq is in fact still in phase 2 (several posted in that thread).. i predicted it to change on thursday. As i did 2 weeks ago when i restarted the thread...

I am very aware it is still in phase 2, and have read that thread...so you dont have to sound ignorant. However, if your gonna respond to my post I would appreciate it if you answered the whole post. So with that in mind....my real question was does the fs village go throug mini phases or in between phases...like having the npcs for phase 3, but not being able to take the quest?
