What will happen when the phase 4 bug fix comes after the phase change or we get only 1 or 2 days to compleet ?
Then those who have saved the xp don't get an unlock or do they get a free unlocj or what ???
And when is there a fix ?
O and if you remove this thread (like my other one that stated that you were keeping us in the dark), i am right that you dont care....

If it comes 1 or 2 days before the shift I'd bet there's a lot of the community will be rushing out there to help those who were bugged. I for one would hang around as much as I could after completing my own to help others.
If it happens after there will be floods of tears/rants & then cancelled accounts.

Yeah they should unlock the branch for anyone that is bugged if its shifted,,, and i bet they will otherwise a lot of people will leave cuz they dont wanna wait another 3 months

Man I hope they fix it before the phase shift, otherwise I have to wait 2 months until i can become jedi. 
That would piss me off. I have all the exp required banked. ALl i need is that damm phase 4 quest.

I am stuck too. We all know ths sucks. I am just going to have to take some meaningless tree to get my six then grind more xp to save until phase 4 comes round again. I have read that you can drop a tree if you have 7 completed. I do agree with the free unlock of this tree if they dont get it fixed.

Yeah they better give free unlocks like what that other CSR was doing... Now that's customer service... give CSRs more power SOE... hate to have them reply and say im sorry we cant do anythign about that... Have a nice day.. Closed ticket... THaaaNnnKsss.. So if the fix takes too long.. you'd better do somethign about it SOE.. you already got an army of pissed customers... Better Manage Their Expectations and if you're good.. turn them around... though i doubt you could... prove me wrong SOE.. prove me wrong...
