I know, lets all cut off the back page of our instruction manual, write on it in black marker "We are Jedi, hear us!" and mail it to tiggs and TH

Probably the only truly effective way to get their attention is to stop paying money for the game. When it all boils down to it, if SWG/SOE is continuing to make profits, then there is nothing wrong.

Well I did cancell all my accounts and I will only pay on a monthly base, they can forget to get my money in advance.

I can run around butt nakkid, covered in chocolatee syrup and chicken feathers, while lighting firecrackers in my arse, yelling "Hey Devs look at me!!" if that would help.

This is probably the best suggestion so far. Everyone with a prepaid long-term sub needs to cancel that and go month-to-month, while sending an e-mail to the Customer Service Director explaining what they are doing and why.

Have everyone on every server not sign on for 1-2 days. Hehe for some this would be hard.

Well it's tricky these days because people have held protests before that were designed to bring servers down by overloading areas such Coronet. However, I do believe if you behave responsibly you can still hold an in game protest.
I would like to propose that we take a slightly RP angle on this and hold a concert in order to raise awareness of the plight of those who are phase 4 bugged. Some of you may remember the Live Aid concerts for the serious issue of poverty & famine in Africa. Now in no way am I trying to suggest that our plight is any way close to the that of people starving to death but we could use it as a model.
The concert must be held on 1 server, maybe a TC but then SOE may close the TC to prevent it so probably a main server with high population.
It must also be held in a player city I think because the rules from SOE state that you cannot stage such events in 'high traffic' areas.
It will create bad publicity for us if the event is all about spamming complaints & that SOE suckzors! By creating the biggest and best concert/firework show/noob dueling contest the galaxies have ever seen we could perhaps create something very big indeed.
I think the 'theme' of the concert should be one of "Goodbye folks, 'cos I'm gonna be cancelling my account at the end of phase 4 unless they fix this".
Comments? Suggestions?
