Found a remedy for anyone having the same problems. You need to log out and back in. You may have to do this a few times before the waypoint stops despawning. It finally worked for me when i tucked away the swoop and ran to the waypoint, not sure why, but that worked. So log out and back in and run to point instead of using speeder.

I posted a few days ago after getting glowy seeking advice on having the Old man show up. For those of you who pitched in thanks much. And you were all right. All you can do it wait. Took about 48 hours and he ran up on me when i least expected and was prepared to log and give up.

Today less than 24 hours later i was attacked by the 2 Siths. They were very easy. Actually died without me attacking them just from counter attacks before I could target either. Looted the datapad.

Activated the datapad and zoomed off on my speeder to the location. When I arrived at the spot it depopped and there was nothing there. No Siths to kill for datapad to Dathomir village.

I checked my force crystal quest journal and there ws a check box by the 4th box saying I had visited the strange location. My quest journal now tells me to wait for the old man to find out what he wanta with me. This differs greatly from all the quest guides. There's supposed to be a Sith base with 4 Siths that I kill and loot the datapad to Dathomir.

Does anyone know if this is a change with publish 12? Or am I bugged in some way? I wasn't killed. I still have the crystal. I'm just a little lost on how to proceed. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
