Ok i had to quit playing for a couple of months While half way through Phase 2. When i logged in about 2 weeks ago I still had my wapoint to return to village

and continue my phase 2 quest. But the guy is gone of course and siths were over running the place. So i took the phase 4 missionto unlock ranged speed and completed it. So what happens to my Phase 2 and 3 quest options? ...lost? make up in a different phase?

Please any honest help would be greatly appreciated.

It is currently Phase IV and you've missed out on phases two and three. Next Phase will revert back to Phase I and then three weeks later back to Phase II, and so on. You can try and complete the mission again when it's in the approiate phase.

But will he have to restart the quest from the beginning, or will his previous progress still be in place?

Good to know i wont lose completey though, be it start over or continue.

I'm curious to know if i can unlock boxes in phase one that i did not take the first time.

Yes. You can continue to perform quests you haven't done yet in any phase as it comes, even as a Jedi.
