Forgive my lack of knowledge, but how does this work? im on sunrunner, fully bugged, and waiting for this same type of service from the fine folks at SOE.

Should I expect to see someone come speedering into the village...only to find out that they are employed by SOE...and this person will then walk up to my toon and unlock my branch (lol)?

Or am I waiting for a more omnipresent sign from above, like a vague system message and then an automatic unlock? I mean amI wasting my whole evening, as i have much of my gaming month, just waiting for yet another maybe/maybe not event which I might miss if I'm not careful?

I'm just not sure what I should be looking for...

it has happened on Gorath too--here is how it went down

A system message was sent out by CSR-ChristopherS that he would be in the village for about the next hour (This was around 615-630pm est). I was not on but a friend was, and of course you know the phones started ringing. Anyway, once in the village you search out the CSR, very easy to spot and probably near the Captain. He told us all to send him an email and he would address them in the order he received them. If you haven't already been fortunate enough to get the unlock from a csr, make sure you tell them what branch you need unlocked since there are two possible options. Better yet, put it in the subject line, so maybe he wont even need to open the email. It took me awhile, but I finally got a system message that stated "you have unlocked...." Iwas so excited i didnt read the rest, but I did train so I know it worked.

I am sure this will happen again due to the fact not everyone was on, so keep your eyes peeled for system messages out of the blue. Thanks to CSR-ChristopherS for his help.

I dont know but i am on ahazi and had already done the healing quest and still got the ranged spd unlock WOOOHOOOOOOO
