I got the sarguillo bug and sent a csr a ticket and got no response, what do i do?

You must be on Starsider too..... but I have gotten tons of maint empty emails.

I got the same thing, completed all the kills, outlaws and pirates. He says something like "come back when you don't have so much on your plate".

Go ahead and speak to Noldan if you've completed the quest it seems for the majority of people he'll give you the reward and train you. Capt Sarguillo seems bugged after you've completed the phase4 quest.

This is a widespread problem and seems to be on all servers. Some people have already received the unlock from CSR who have reviewed their cs ticket. I have heard of as little as 24 hours before they get a response or as much as a week. See the thread "Capt Sarq wont talk to anyone" and that might give you an idea about the status. Good luck.

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.
Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.
Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?
Any help would be appreciated.
