concerning the phase 4 bug does anyone have any info on what the devs are doing, if there even working on this, and an eta to when it will be fixed

They know about it...What they are doing about it or when/if it will be fixed is unknown.

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.
Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.
Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?
Any help would be appreciated.
