Thread: Phase IV Bug Please respond with info :)

Is the phase 4 bug happening only to those who have the bug from phase 3, where the mission never gave you a "mission complete" in your quest journal? Or is this randomly happening to anyone and everyone? A well informed answer or feedback from those who have completed OR have failed to complete due to being bugged would be great.
Did you complete?
1. If Yes, were all previous FS quests listed as complete
2. If No, Do you have a previous FS quest not listed as completed e.g.(phase 3 melee accuracy)
All help is greatly appreciated.

I finished phase 3 before the CU so I didn't have the bug. I just finished the phase 4 trial for healing with no problems at all.
So they may be directly related.

I do have a bug here, i just completed the phase 4 and i "supposedly" unlocked melee def,i want to Noldan to train me(i banked the fxp)immediatly after i completed the last tasks and he says he cant teach me cause i didnt unloked that branch, i tred again like 4 times and the same answer, the i went to Paemos to show me all my unlocks so far, he showed me all of em .......except Melee Defense, i couldnt explain it i cheked my Quest Journal and there it was 
hase 4: Unlocking Melee Defenses both Outlaws and Pirates taskas completed.

I did phase III before the last one pre-CU. So it was a while back, I need just his phase again, I didn't do it before this one either. I have the bug, I can't train in Ranged Speed. CSR responses aren't helping either. *getting irritated* And we don't want that

I can't recieve the mission to begin with from Capt. Sarguillo. I just did phase 3 "capture the enemy leadership." In my quest journal I show phase 3 complete when I click the "show completed quests" and it shows not complete when this box is not clicked. Yes all my previous quests show complete.

i completed phase 3 well before the CU but Captain Crap seems to think "i have too much on my plate"

Does this seem to be affecting everyone on the Melee Def quest, or just some ppl?

Wat i dont understand is me and my friend started and finished the R.speed at near enuff exactly the same time i got the bug and he got the reward and branch and is now waitin for the old man lik ei should be

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.
Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.
Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?
Any help would be appreciated.
