why , after completing the quest for range speed is the captain not allowing me to unlock the range speed tree?!?!?!?!

Well at least you can see sith outlaws and pirates. I ;ve been searching for 30 mins and not one spawn.

I believe they are on a 2 hour spawn timer.

Nope, more like 30 mins. I was there for 2 spawns tonight.

How hard are the Outlaws and Pirates hitting for? I just want to get an idea of how many people I should bring and what temps they should have.

Outlaws, Pirates and Thugs are between 77 and 79. Look for green on your radar to see where the pirates are, since that's the hardest to find. I did my entire quest in one round, but that's cause I'm a CL80 Master Doc/Master Rifle. It also seems that the hut is bugged because I could not heal anyone inside it but could while I was outside the hut, neither could the combat medic that was in our group. Hope this helps.

Same here.... And It's my last one too... I've already got the XP banked as well... this is a nightmare

This bug was already fixed though. The good news is that after this we get to do buggy mellichae and then buggy paddy trials. Why? It's the year 2005 and this crap should have been fixed ages ago.

The Ranged Speed quest is broken here, too. I bugged and it filed an in-game CS ticket. I have screenshots both of the system message indicating that I unlocked by completing the quest, and of Sarguillos saying that I appear to have too much on my plate. This was my first FS quest. Imagine my surprise to see that it's broken.
