Lots of ppl cant finish phase 4 and some even cant start it. If we fill tickets we get responese about the cloneamor??!!

This happens every time phase 4 rolls around. I got bugged on it last time and CSR fixed me later.

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.

Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.

Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?


Any help would be appreciated.
