Thread: Bug on Phase 4 Ranged Speed Unlock

Has anyone else had this where you finished the slaughter of the outlaws and pirates, and got a "You have successfully completed your task." system message, but got no unlock system message and now can't train the Ranged Speed boxes? Someone care to advise me how this worked out?
I have a ticket filed right now...second one on this issue (got a canned response on the first one). I JUST WANT MY UNLOCK. Can't talk to Captain Sarguilo or anything now, and I have no unlock to show for my effort. Anyone have any input on this, if they experienced it?

well i have unlocked this tree yesterday and filled it also, i suggest you to talk with the CSR's about it if that true, nothing you can get from the forums i guess.

My repsonses so far to this bug are:
A general response to clone relic armour reply in a ticket (what the hell does that have to do with phase 4?)
"Please try next phase" (from a csr)
"developers are working on it. We understand your frustration and we hope to have it fixed soon. Beleive me nobody wants it fixed more than the CSRs" (from a different csr)
I asked a csr if they have any news about the fix for phase 4 bugs got this reponse, "Nothing at all regarding that" (different csr)
So you can imagine how frustrated i am with all these different responses

I have the same problem and the answer of my ticket was about clone amor too.....

You should fill a ticket about clone relic armor, maybe you'll have the correct answer

im having the same problem i finished my quest and it did not unlock my tree i should be getting my old man visit but guess tahts not going to happen ive filed 2 tickets and both times i got the general clone wars armor responce so i sent in another in a differnt category hoping i wont get the same one and B-itching them out in it maybe that will get there attention

I had same thing happen, and a CSR unlocked it two weeks later. Keep filing a ticket untill you get a GOOD CSR. The first CSR response was, "We're aware of the problems and are waiting for a fix."
Some CSRs can barely speak english I've noticed, either that or they're, "Special." But there are a few really good ones that ACTUALLY do their job and I am impressed. CSR-JonW is an excellent one that keeps alot of players happy.

i have tryed talking to 4 differnt csr's in the chat room and they continue to not answr me and skip over my question i try pming yelling its like they dont want to answer it cause they dont want to fix it im getting pissed

Same Problem here... Sarguiloo won't unlock ranged speed tree....
Do they even pay attention to these posts???

No i think they dont care about it....
Im starting to think they want to stop player from getting jedi...
Phase 4 is bugged....
Mellchia is bugged...
Padawan trial have been allways bugged...
Exitquest old man visit at kashyyk and no fix for it....
And not a single response from a dev or a Csr...

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.
Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.
Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?
Any help would be appreciated.
