Thread: Phase 4 Combat quest bugged, but completed

I experienced the same bug as everyone else, the Captain would tell me I had too much on my plate, wouldn't let me complete the quest. I double-clicked him a few times in quick succession, he said the same thing each time, but I got the sculpture part and Paemos now says I can train ranged speed.
Would be interested to hear if anyone else has experienced this?

daft question but have you spoke to Noldan by the gate he does all the training

that wasnt the point, I can train it. The point was that the quest was bugged, and continues to act bugged, yet I did manage to get the reward and unlock. . .

Nah, it doesn't work at all for me. Waiting for a response from CSR now.....

I got can train but he wont give me my reward im not mad tho...next phase im done

12 days later, 4th ticket just closed, not even tried to contact me, no help at all. The bug doesn't let me get the quest from Sargullo to unlock range speed and the CSR says i do not qualify for help because i didnt accept the quest. I see post all over of people with my exact problem that are being helped, regardless that i havent been impolite and i have been patient about this and still i keep getting ignored.
Does anyone know what do you actually have to say in the ticket to get help? ive included all the info i was asked for, still no luck.
Anyone knows how to contact one of the CSRs that are actually helping players?
Any help would be appreciated.
