- The Phase 4 version of Captain Sarguillo in the Village of Aurilia will now grant his second quest to players who had already worked for him in a previous instance of Phase 4.
Look i even went and found the damned fix you put out last time. just hurry the hell up and fix this NOW!!!!!!!

So they fixed an issue last phase 4 after a week leaving 2 weeks for people to complete the village, heres hoping for a fix within first week of this phase 4.
We understand devs are busy with Cu fixes etc but this phase 4 bug has to be a top priotiory and i am not willing to miss a phase and wait an extra 3 weeks because i am not "deserving" meaning i dont have the quest in my journal saying complete i wont be given the unlock, which is what is happening atm.
