lol. seriously, i can't figure out how to submit a CS ticket. how do you do it?

Ctrl-H Then you must try and look up what your needing to know before you can submit any ticket. Just type in what you need to know, then click on (or click 2 time)any of the reply's that come up. Then at the bottom you well see where you can submit your ticket. Hope that helps.

thanks, i figured it out, but it took a while . last time i submitted a ticket was ages ago, and the process was different than it is now.
