I remember hearing a guy on Kett getting this...
I laughed at first because it was ironic then I felt pity.
oh and to your question I have no clue...maybe add comments to your ticket? If it was closed, open another one...
last thing I could say is get a live chat with a CSR.
Nah, I'm on Wanderhome. I submitted another ticket. Last one took 3 days for a reply. I'm hoping to get this fixed soon. I was hoping there might be some trick to getting the quest to switch planets or at least appear in a new location that can be traveled to on Kashyyyk.
Also tried live chat, who told me to submit a ticket. After explaining what happened he said to talk to the CSR in general chat to get the issue fixed. The CSR in general chat told me to submit a ticket or try live chat...

I finally had two more reply's from the CSR's. The first told me to shuttle and closed the ticket which did not work obviously. The second at least did not close the ticket as I requested that he not close it before fixing the problem. He did however tell me he was "through" with the ticket. He said that I could not be helped and to bug it. Now this may be true but what am I supposed to do? Just give up on all this time and work put into the game? Unlike most any other quest in the game can this one not be reset for the times it glitches and does not function correctly?
Anyway... Iadded a few suggestions as how to possibly help those that have this problem such as the obvious one like teleporting the camp, or teleporting the player to the camp. The last suggestion may be difficult or impossible to accomplish alone of course. The other thing I'm wondering is if I surrender my last FSXP box. Will that kill the current mission and when the box is refilled cause the old man to visit again? I really would hate to surrender it and for no reason.
My other question is does this mission have any form of time limit? Like if I dont do it in time the mission will fail and let meredo it?
To anyone else expecting a visit from the old man do NOT go anywhere near Kashyyyk!
I hope that the DEVs are working in this issue to avoid forever the presence of the old man in Kashyyyk, that will fix the bug, simple as that.

Let me know if your able to get this fixed by a CSR or any other way and I'll keep you informed as well if I'm able to come up with something. I'm hoping there will at least be some form of acknowledgment about the bug and when we might expect a fix. I wonder why the mission can't be reset like most other quests.

Grr... I told my friend about the problem and she told me to submit a ticket....
I came here to see what sort of help I could get in resolving this issue... looks like not much.
Will report back if anything comes of my quest for the relocation of mells camp.
).And yes, I'm in the same boat as you... I so want to proceed with my Exit Quest ! The CSRs have been eminently unhelpful, so it seems to me we'll just have to wait a little longer. Since it took as long as it has for me to unlock ( I got 5 free unlocks back in the jedi patch ), another week or so is not going to kill me

My fellow guildie had a problem with Mellichae where Mell was in a tight area surrounded by buildings. Get this, the crystals were IN the buildings, so we couldn't even see or hit them. The cool part was he got a hold of the CSR andgot the old man to visit him on a different planet within 24 hours. This was a month before CU. Ah, the good ol' days.
Just keep trying to get a CSR online with you. They need to have the old man visit you on a different planet and you'll be fine.
