could be worse you could be waiting for a CSR to reply to your ticket to unlock your bugged branch... only for the CSR to reply to your ticket saying he unlocked the branch for you but he actually didn't forcing you to wait another 12 hours for another CSR to reply

Well i did have to wait, 2 days and several hrs, but they actually unlocked it
