Thread: Can you see how many more Sith you need to kill?

I've read the village quest post that says you only need to hit each sith once, but is there somewhere that tells you how many you have left to kill (hit). I've looked in my quest log but that just tells me the total number?

I don't think the part about only having to hit a outlaw or pirate once is true. I just finished the quest tonight and certainly didn't get credit for every baddy I took down. And I couldn't really find any rhyme or reason to it, but quite often i wouldn't get credit for a kill. Nothing you can do but keep killing pirates and outlaws till it says you're done.
As for knowing how many you have left to go. I thought i remember reading you could ask one of the npc's, but i couldn't find the post again. Easiest thing is just to roll back through your SPATIAL chat channel since that has the least spam during combat, and the message saying how many you have left to go that occurs when you kill one, is pretty long and stands out.
One other note. I had to clone once, headed immediately back to the village but didn't get credit for any kills afterward. I couldn't figure it out but once things cooled off and I talked to the Captain again, after that i started getting credit again.
This quest was a major pain but at least it didn't bug in the end. I'm just glad I'm through.

Whenever a Shadow you've hit dies, an on-screen message will flash telling you you've been credited with the death. It also tells you at that time how many you have left to kill of that type. For example, an Outlaw dies, it will tell you how many you still need to kill.
Unfortunately, there appears to be no way to get that info otherwise. All Sargullo will tell you is how wise his choice was to pick you for the job, and that you're almost done. So just watch your tally....
