Posting this for my cousin actually. Last night, he got glowy status and we started shuttle hopping between player cities. Finally after a few hops, we decided to stop in one tat city. There were zero players in the city at 2am and all of a sudden the Old Man Spawns. So I told him to walk up to the old man and engage conversation. When he did, the Old dude didn't want to talk to him. So I figured, "what are the odds of being here this late, zero people within reach and the old man is here but not for us?" How can this be? Is his quest bugged now? Should we ticket it or is it too early to tell?
