Thread: Question about sith that come after old man
"Eventually some NPC's called "Sith Shadows" will attack you** (supposed to be only two of them, but it's sometimes four). They appear as red dots on the map. You must defeat them in order to protect the crystal. If they happen to kill you then you will lose the crystal and have to wait for another visit from the Old Man to get a new one. However, if you do manage to defeat them (they're very easy) you can loot "a Waypoint Datapad" with a waypoint to an encampment from (at least) one of them. Note that if you don't loot it or they weren't carrying one, you will then have to wait for another attack from some more Sith Shadows and try to loot one again."

They are, and they're DL76... at least they were three days ago.
They didn't kill me, but they did incap me. I was just be-boppin' along, no armor on or weapon out and talking via tells to my guild leader, took a shuttle home, screen loaded and i saw blaster bolts flying by. 'Cool', I thought 'I get to watch a rebel vs rebel battle'. Then all the siths started actually hitting me and down I went.

I got up, proceeded to tear out their livers with raw heart garnish, and looted the datapad that said 'waypoint' on it. It says I cannot transcribe (or understand, one of the two) the data on it and I have no force crystal on me. Since I've been bugged like crazy today anyhow, I don't know if this is a bug or normal.
Suggestions?

This is not a bug it is the way it was intended to happen. You must defeat the first wave of sith without incapp or death to move on further in your journey to become a Jedi. Read the stickies at the top and it will tell most of all you want to know.

I have one word for you then in that case BUG. Wait for another attack, and hopefully oyou will get it then.
Doh, i fell into the noob trap. I only looked at the first page of threads.
Went to the next page and saw 3 threads about the same thing as happened to me, I apologize.
