on radiant the pahse is 4 it just changed this mornning, i log on and i talked with Captain S and he says " Id like to thank you for all your hard work...." blah blah and did not let me get my phase done, But 15 weeks i did this same phase from this smae guy he helped me unlock Ranged speed(combat), and im trying to get melee defence (reflexes) i have not got any missions from any one else this phase. i did cheek to see if i could get missions form othere NPC's there and i could but i dint becuase i need the reflex one becuase i have that XP banked there.
