Yup
Last night working on my Phase III Melee Accuracy Quest, I and several others on Corbantis suddenly lost connection and found Corbantis in the Loading Phase. Come to find out it was just so they could switch phases. Mostly just people on Dathomir who lost connection. So now if I want to even think of trying out Jedi it would take another 12 weeks especially if I want Melee Accuracy. Just wanna thank who evers bright idea it was to go through with it when it could had waited until this morning for the phases to shift.
Also wanna thank ya'll for the free unlocks I should had gotten, but Customer Service couldn't verify...

To be fair, you had three weeks to do it. You waited (very literally)until the last minute and you call them lazy?

I think you are very wise for thinking about not doing Jedi and prove us allthat you are. Get as many followers as you can to not go Jedi with you. I certainly understand three weeks 21 days 504 hours 30230 minutes 1814400 seconds is way to short to do a mission. Procrastination for the win!!!

Ok, Lets do the math here.
You pay $15 a month to PLAY this GAME.
That works out to $.50 a day (rounded as some months have anywhere from 28 to 31 days).
Lets look at this from two points.
1. Your $.50 a day should warrent someone who gets payed (Here comes the Math) roughly and I'm estimating on industry standards $60,000 US a year, which works out to $166.67 a day to monitor and repair bugs and such. Now what you are saying is in this case, your $.50 warrents that $166.67 a day person to sit there waiting on your procrastinating butt to move the phases. And that is if only oneDev is affected by this, whichthere are probably more involved, so multiply that $166.67 by x Devs. Not gunna happen, even if there is a hundred of ya, not worth it.
2. Your $.50 a day compaired to the 200+ people who are patiently (and in some cases impatiently) waiting for the phase to shift. Who will SOE want to make happy. One slow toon, or 200+ normal toons who used the THREE WEEKS provided to do a quest.
SOE has already proven that they want to make Jedi harder to get to, by changing the XP conversion rates, so why would they hold of moving the village from phase to phase for afew slow toons? Compassion? Don't think so.
My Advise, get your missions done the first week, so you don't have to worry about this.
Also, on a side point, why not get 6 branches unlocked, grind the xp, then go back after and get the Melee Accuracy? You can do that, come back to the village at a later date. That's what I am doing.
Anyways, that my 2 cents.

Quit worrying so much about what you unlock with and just do 6 lines. If there is something you really want that you can't get right now just bank the xp for it and unlock it later. You then fill 7 lines and drop the one you don't want anymore. It sure as heck beats waiting 3 extra months to unlock.
On another note I too was shocked last night when I loaded in and the village was in phase 4. I had finished my phase 3, but wasn't expecting it yet. Kinda hilarious actually as there were disabled speeders everywhere and some joker would ride in on a barc every few minutes and get it shot out from underneath him. Funny stuff.

The thing of it is, it wasn't until Yesterday that I couldn't get anyone to assist me with the mission. I've lost a number of guildmates and friends to either Battlefield 2 or other issues with this game. As far as I knew any way we had at least another day before phase shift. And also its USUALLY pretty standard for them to reset the phases with a server reset. Not reload a whole planet at peak population times.

The village is on a timer. When Dathomir was reset it was already ready to change. The Devs did not purposefully change the village in mid day or they would have done it across all servers. Dathomir crashed and when it loaded the village changed. Stop blaming the Devs for your fault to do something that you had 3 weeks to do.

It obviously wasn't a priority for you if you waited three weeks to do it. If you waited three weeks, you can wait until the next time it comes around - it's a little too late to be in a hurry, all of a sudden.
