YES

I tried it last night, its great for initial polearms but serious depeletes your force if your a n00b as your attacking too quick.

Yeah, you can use it on a saber, I have used it to earn XP with my training saber. It had like 500 uses so it's not a big deal at all. I wonder why this reward is expendable. All the other stuff people get are permanent. So it's not a big deal.

OK I know its like a power up, but Is it reuseable?

Yes.

Just delete your character, make a new character, get him force sensitive, do the mission.
