Does anyone have it and does it seem to work, or is it another Broke Line? And if it does work do the CA's seem to enhance it even more?

A guildmate of mine has it.

He's done a LOT of repairs and it seems to work great. He has no other CA's as far as I know.

Failures do happen, but he rarely gets them.
