I used this

/duel enternameofpartnerhere;
/pause 1;
/unarmedheadhit1;
/unarmedheadhit1;
/unarmedheadhit1;
/healdamage;
/deathblow;
/reviveplayer;
/pause 1;
/ui action toolbarSlot05; <- wherever you put your makro

He has:
/duel you;
/pause 1;
/ui action toolbarSlot05;

could the target take a /peace so they don't fight back? or will it break?

Guess that will work, but they fall down most of the time fast enough before even get one swing back. And even then it will be just default attack... Not really a problem.
