i cant seem to learn the ranged speed branch for phase 4 ive completed the quest got all the sith i needed
noldan says i cant learn anything yet
peamos doesnt say this also
and the capt says im currently working for some one else in the village
this is very frustrating ive sent in a ticket on this concern
wait till server reset was the answer
i did
still no branch to learn :/
any advice will be helpfull and appreciated as i cant seem to get any real answers as of yet

sorry peamos says the exact same thing as noldan in the way that he lists the what i unlocked ..in this case i didnt unlock it when i was told i did :/

Im having the same problem..I'm hoping I;'m just doing something wrong and someone will point it out to me

I'm in the same boat here. I just completed the mission 3 days ago. Paemos doesnt showme unlocking the quest,Noldan says I'm not ready to be trained and the capt says I'm runniung another mission from some oneelse in the village??? My quest journal is blank though and I recieved the system message that the quest was completed. I'm hoping that the DEVs are reading this and that they are looking into this.
