Force Sensitive Archive

This is my first time doing both quests for D's crafting and wanted to get this confirmed, but from what i understand the Phase 3 ls crafting tool is the same as the Phase 2 ls crafting tool, in the sense that it gives u "critical assemblies". Was hoping that maybe they would change it up so that it effect experimentation instead of assembly. From what i read though in the guide to aurrilian quests, its posted as the same for the phase 2 and 3 guide and is in fact the same tool. Any comments?
