I have looked everywher for this answer so hopefully someone here can help me... i was curious if a jedi can drop the FS skill boxes as long as he/she stays over the 24 mininum of FS boxes. The reason i ask is i chose to go up the wrong tree i don't have that much of a problem getting the xp again i just want to make sure i can change it after i hit padawan... Thanks in advance for any feedback you can give biwan:

I'm curious about this too. I want ranged defense but to get everything I want I'd have to go through an entire cycle. So I'd rather get jedi and have fun with it and then deal with getting another FS line while I'm already jedi so I can drop the useless one for ranged defense.

This is still an unclear subject...

The pre-requisites to be initiate/padawan are 6 full FS branches, so I guess if you pick up a 7th and drop one you don't want, you'll be fine. Not sure though, cause I didn't find anyone stating it.

You cannot drop the original 6 branches that you got before initiate. This was a CSR response to me.

I know the Devs said that 6 full rows will be required to unlock the jedi slot, but ive heard reports that ppl are doing it with less that 6 full rows but 24 boxes none the less does anyone have info on that

i have never heard of people doing it with any random 24 boxes. i have only ever heard of people having 6 branches complete. i would take the random 24 boxes as being BS until you have seen screen shots (but still be careful cuz these can be doctored)

well to get 24 boxes without having 6 completed trees, you would have had to unlock more than 6 trees, so it would think this is a waste. Why spend 3 weeks per extra tree you get instead of just grinding out xp for the 6 you have already done? if it IS possible, and people HAVE done it, I would just think they are idiots.

cuz not everyone is a power grinder who only wants a jedi. some people might want to do the quests and get the rewards and then realise that they could quite easily become jedi later on in life.

Hmm the xp requirements for doing 24 random boxes would be significantly less, which would be highly unlikely. If you find proof, please post.
