I have been FS for a few days now and have novice combat prowess and about 100k FS exp left over. BUt that was all the exp I had saved up from other proffessions from like a montha go. But now, It will take forever to dring the FS exp, from hundreds of Grievous runs to Endless missions, I doubt ill ever grind enough exp for SIX FS trees. But then I saw that the Medical exp was 10:1, much better than combats 30:1. But as a master Doc I cant seem to find any way to grind medic exp but in combat healing others. But if I was gonna do that, I could easily enough have just been fighting during those battles, fr more combat exp. Is there a way to get Med exp outside of comabt? If so, someone tell me how, rofl

Its really not that bad now. You can't get medical xp outside of combat, but you can get great xp with a group of 8 doing level 82 missions. The spawns are 20+ creatures at about 6k weapon and 600 combat xp each. You'll get 6k medical xp just healing members in the group. I cap out each weapon of mine in less than 40 minutes. It takes 2 and a half hours to cap xp, run to the village and convert xp, and get back to grinding. I get 200k-240k fs xp each trip. Each branch requires 1.225 million fs xp so it takes about 6 trips for each branch, or about 12 hours. 12 hours X 6 branches= 72 hours. Of course it still takes 18 weeks for village phase changes.

Now that is mind numbing!!!
I am not a grinder .... I think doing that in a game is just a pain.
I wont waste my time.
I plan on just continuing life as usuall and everytime i max out in xp hit the village.
When a new phase comes in Ill do the mission but that is it. Just hitting bol missions for no other reason than to grind out fs .....no thank you. IF the devs want to have you grind like that go ahead.... This is a game not work!

Good plan, there are plenty of other things to do in the game besides grinding jedi. Save that til after you've mastered about 15 professions and have a good all around knowledge of the game, you will be better prepared to handle the grind by then.

take ur time. the fs grind isnt the boring bit its the waiting for 9 weeks of phase changes to spend the 3.75 mil force exp u just stored up.

Thanks for the tips! I just dread the phase missions and the padawan ones after doing the survival mission!! Walking villagers back 1-2k on dath was quite a pain!

oh yes lol. the walking of 1-2000m is a pain in the rear lol. The one i hated the most of all the phase missions ive done so far lol.

It's silly why to keep players playing but if it works.. I'd love to have the numbers. Grinding xp doesn't show anything but the ability to shut the world out as you pour your life away.. mahahhahw I love it.

That's exactly what I did a few months ago. I was just relieved that I got to the village and everything was working as intended. I put off jedi to work on my alt and just have fun learning the game. But eventually the jedi bug hit me again, and now i don't think the grind is such a chore.

The grind is great for helping others also. Get some guild mates or make some new friends and form a group and hunt bols or something.
They help you kill mobs fast and you help them get exp also. I am now giving classes on pulling for newbees.Even vets can learn. I guess we have been playing for so long with buffs that lots of the old timers have forgotten the subtles of the game. It is now like the old days where you can not just go charging in. Teamwork helps alot. Those who learn this will excel.
Heck. I just have some rifleman pull a mob into a bunch of melee types . They keepthe mobsattention. while the range guys shot ( they do not need to use super damage attacks, one hit give you the exp without getting the agro) and I use granades ( the reason you need a puller so the blast does notagro all the mobs in the area ). The granades give combat xp . I get 6 to 7k a kill. one hit and do not use any other weapon. Just sit back unless the team needs help . then help them. It is a team effort. you will still get exp with the weapon you used. I do not have time to play much, but in a group , eveyone max's out xp fast. Great for training. I do not know if CU cares about aprentice points but again , it is a team effort. Help the people around you. That is what I think the devs are trying to do.
If you try to grind FS by yourself. O my God. your arm will fall off and your eyes will cross. LOL

wait until you see jedi grind....
(the motivation thing you think you have is b/s aftera while it is desperatly boring although i did mine solo so...)
