Thanks for the help in advance. But I am so confused with the FS quests. I am currently on 6/8 for the NPC named Dajeeris (I think). Am I doing it right? Am I supposed to finish with him and move on to the next? When do I need to start converting xp? And why is the word abbreviation so long?

Yes, finish the quests with him. Upon completion you will be able to train in the FS skill he unlocks for you. You can only do 1 FS quest per phase (you might be able to do the same one you're doing now for a reward the second time around), so after completion of this quest, you will have to wait until Phase IV to do another.

Edit: You can convert at any time...conversion to FS points are not time or quest based. Note you will have to train in the respectiveNoviceboxfirst before training in any of the branches.
