I wanted to post this message before I attained Master Teras Kasi Artist(although I will be posting again once that happens too ).

I would like to thank the entire TKA community for the assistance, tips and information they've provided to help others like myself get well on our way to navigating the path of the Teras Kasi Arstist. People take time out of their daily lives or gameply to provide this assistance without being rude or insulting towards new members of the Orderand I think they deserve a great deal of gratitude for this.

I would like to specifically thank Kewk and Owono for theirresponces to my posts in certain threads, providing tips for exceling as a Teras Kasi Artist. I wish I was on the same server as you guys so I could have the opportunity to fight along side you.

If you would like to thank someone specific in this thread, please do so.

Thank You

I just wanted to say Thank You! to all of those who created posts on nade grinding.

I wasn't considering doing it at first. I was a Master Pistoleer/ Master Swordsman/ 4-0-4-0 Scout. I loved pistols because I thought it represented a true Star Wars profession. It was also the first one I picked up so I had quite a fondness to it. I picked up Swordsman when I read an interview with George Lucas where he said that he based a lot of the first trilogy Jedi's on the two-handed style of fighting. Seeing as though Iplanned on becoming a Jedi, I thought that would be a nice touch to get me prepared. Little did I know how much power it had...and I love it! I was taking down mobs with Novice Swordsman that I couldn't dream of tackling with Master Pistols.

Anyways, enough of my rambling. Once I was pointed in the direction of an up-to-date skill calculator (special thank you's to ReinerdOne), I realized that I would have to end up sacrificing almost all skills anywaysto become a fully trained Jedi. At this point, I made the decision to go 4-0-0-0 commando.

Wow, I can't believe what a difference it makes. With the upcoming CURB, I feared that grinding would soon become even more difficult than it already was for me. I've been FS for a few months now. I have unlocked three branches...and take a guess as to how many boxes filled up? TWO...in one tree. I played almost everyday and for a full buff session. After a day or two of taking time to get the prerequisits, I finally had enough combat xp to train in novice and box one. Last night I got to try it out for the first time and I got 100k combat xp in less than an hour...with only the first box! I was amazed! It would take me about 2-3 buff sessions to get that much using swords/pistols.

To those of you who hate it, flame me if you'd like. To those of you who love your template and hate to give it up like I did, atleast consider it. I guess I'd call myself a "casual gamer" because I really don't have as much time to invest in the game as I'd like (although I am glued to it on the weekends...hehe). This will really aid me in becominga Jedi. I can't wait to see what the fourth box brings! Thank you again to all those who posted their ways to do it and the successes it brought them. I know I love it!
