Hi!

I am doing the grind atm with Commando (Imp Dets) and supported by Master Pike. I unlocked 2 Trees of which one is filled and I got enough FS XP to fill another one, but I am waiting for another unlock so I saved it. I can cap about twice on a 3.5h buff, so 200k FS XP each buff.

Basically I am 1/3 of the way. I am going steady forward, not slow, but not fast enough.

What I found so far: Imp Dets ruin me. I need new Armor (often - someone selling by the crate?). I am always alone. I miss my Guild Mates. I am always on Darthomir (what a dump that place is). So I want to change things, here is my plan:

You can Master 3 professions, so how about 3Masters out of the Brawlerstuff?Pike, Teras Kasi and Fencer for example. Or Pike, Sword and Fencer? My plan: I can grind where I want, not only Baz Nitches. I can switch weapons a bit. I can grind while just playing fun with friends.

I could cap 3x 900k weapons, resulting in 3x90kcombat (270k) - throw in one or the other C12 grenade to fill this one up too, then I could exchange for 3x30k Weapons FS XP and 100k combat FS XP, 190k FS XP for one trip. Sounds nice!

Now, how long does capping 3 Master professions take? One Buff? Longer? Shorter? What do you think of this Idea? Someone tried it? Or something similar?

What I am yet unsure of is that now as Commando (4040, Grenades and Flamer) I have Ranged Damage Migitation2. In the above Melee only template, I have no Range Migitation, but around 130 Ranged Defense - what does that mean? Will I go down quick on the odd NPC shooter spawn? Does someone have a link explaining Migitation and Defense Value?

As a TK/Swordsman I can cap both in about a hour/half if all goes well, this gives about 120K converted. Sometimes I can get in 2 per session if i am lucky, usually not. Problem is trying to find a good grind spot to do it in that is not taken. Nades I think you can cap in like 20-30 mins i think not sure. Some have done 300k+ in a buff session. Nades is fast and expensive but boring, basically the same thing over and over again. Going the weapon profession direction although it is slower you will have more fun. You can go for NS/Krayts to get the premiums you will need later on, or anything that fits your leisure. Just have fun doing it be it either way...
