i have started the wrong quest is there any way i can drop the quest or will i have to sunnder the fs skill so i can start again ??

You can only do one quest per phase, if you started one you need to wait until next time that phase passes by again..

when that phase comes again will i still have same quest or will i be able to chose different

you will be able to choose a new one
