Are you talking about the Jedi Ruins POI badge? If thats the case, you should be able to get the badge by just going to the right WP. Do a search for POI locations and it should give you the exact coords for the badge.
I also don't understand why you're not getting the MBH badge, unless you still have a respec timer left, or your token respec. I respeced to MBH and Master Scout using the token respec from publish 18. I didn't get the badge right away, but once I logged out and logged in later, I received the badges for those professions. The Devs just disabled the badges until your respec period ends becuase they didn't want people using /respec to get all the profession badges. It should award them once you are no longer eligible for any respecs.

I logged back on for the first time in more than a year couple of days ago. I respeced my character yesterday. How do I end the respec eligibility? Thanks.
